ginkakuji goshuin
07Apr06
Here’s a great series of photos taken by Lea of one of the monks (not sure if that’s the proper terminology) at Ginkakuji writing in my goshuin book. Goshuin stamps are collected by pilgrims as they travel from temple to temple. Each temple has its own distinctive set of goshuin stamps, and each monk his/her own distinctive style of writing.
